Starbucks Coffee Company

The drink I ordered most definitely should’ve gone in a Venti cup. When I said that didn’t seem right That everything I ordered in the drink would fit in a tall cup, they didn’t offer to fix it. I’ll stick to the Port Arthur Starbucks from now on 😣

This used to be my go to fr. Vibes were great and the coffee was greater but now it seems like people aint wanting to be there no more. I get it, work isnt the funnest but the same people that was there 2 3 years ago dont seem to be passinate no more. I noticed it the end of last year i stopped seeing the og manager. Idk but its unfortunate how things have changed. And i aint one to make things about race but it was so refreshing seeing people that looked different make starbucks coffee but now it seems they be only hiring a specific type of person. Idk i aint wanna look into it too much. And this shory lady i think her name tag said Lina or Lana idk with short hair was so rude and slammed the window at me cus i was giving her the same energy she gave me. This was such a great place. Im dissapointed of what its becoming.

I travel around the world and across the US and I have to say that this is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. This is the Starbucks I head to before work and I have never been met with anything less than friendliness and kindness and a bit of sunshine to add to my day. The staff remembers who you are and I always leave thinking this must be a really great place to work. These guys really enjoy their job! I just want to say thank you to everyone at this location for helping me to start my day off with a positive outlook and a ray of sunshine. Good job!

Nice place. Lots of quiet folks, mainly college students, drawing or doing homework. The music could be turned down a little. But the atmosphere is great , the drinks were good and the service was fast.

I order the same drink and I’ve been to multiple locations in the golden triangle area. This one is by far the best! They make my drink perfect every time and never forgets my Carmel drizzle! I’d give them 100 stars if I could!
